Sweet Escape Dance is an adult heels training and performance program located in Edmonton Alberta.
Our core offering is our Sweet Escape Performance Program. This program runs twice per year, once in the fall, and once in the winter. As a dancer in the program, you will be placed with a group of dancers looking for similar experiences and you will learn 3 group dances together over the course of 12 weeks.
So many Edmontonians have had a connection to dance at some point in their life. Whether:
you danced as a youth but did not pursue it further as an adult,
you danced professionally and no longer have a regular place to dance and perform,
you have attended drop in classes but are looking for an opportunity to grow with a group and perform, or
you always wanted to learn to dance.

Our offerings
In addition to our Performance Program, we offer a technical training program, a concept video program, drop in classes, and have offerings for your special events!
